"Spoke to Daisy about transferring coverage from our 2008 Honda CRV to our new 2018 Ford Ecosport. She was very helpful explaining that State Farm is transitioning to a new system and our rate may fluctuate some and to wait about a week. She also discovered that the VIN had a S that should've been a 5. I've messaged the dealer about fixing it."

"Tanya did a great job helping me get my insurance set up on the new car. It was very short notice and she took care of it right away! By the time I got home, I had an email with the temporary cards in the binder of insurance I give her great kudos And State Farm is lucky to have her! On 4/22/26 I called to get help with changing my payment schedule and Tanya was able to fix the issue I was having with the new system. She was helpful, patient and very kind! Great job!"
