Hi there, my name is Nathalie and I am a proud member of the Courtney Paat Agency. I am here to help you with your insurance needs both over the phone or in person at our Plant City, FL Office. Johana joined our agency in July 2023. She is our Bilingual Director of First Impressions with the goal of servicing our community. Moving from Peru to FL in 2013, Johana loves the Plant City community. Johana has a mini poodle named Luna and in her free time, Johana loves to take her on adventures. If she were to take a spontaneous weekend trip, Johana would go to Colorado.

Bryona enjoys helping customers with their everyday needs when it comes to talking about insurance, she has over 12 years of insurance experience. She was born in Ohio, go BUCKEYES! She has been in FL for 21 years. In Bryona's free time, she loves to coach youth cheerleading. She is a true Cheer and Football mom. She enjoys spending quality time with her family outdoors on trails with her dogs.

Miriam is fluent in Spanish and has 7 years of insurance experience with Courtney Paat State Farm. Her focus is servicing our customers to preserve what’s important them . She has a 6 year old son, a baby girl, and a 6 year old pup named Cookie that are always keeping her on her toes!

Kyle is a 4th generation resident where he is proud to call Plant City home. He has numerous years of insurance experience providing personalized customer support, offering multi-line products, and has a background in claim handling. When not in the office, he enjoys participating and volunteering in community events, and being a dance instructor at Dance Connection, in downtown Plant City. He is also co-director of the 2019,2020 and 2021 National Champion Clogging Team-Clogging Connection. Kyle is happy to be servicing the residents of Plant City here at Courtney Paat State Farm, and looks forward to meeting old and new friends.

Nancy recently joined our Paat Team, she has over 4 years of insurance experience, she is passionate about the business and truly cares about the customer. She hails from Michigan, but moved to Dover with her husband, teenage daughters and furry family members. She loves the community, the local Plant City spirit and strawberries! Tanya joined our team in 2023. She is a Florida native and has called the Plant City area home since 2009. Tanya is passionate about fostering connections within the community and supporting their insurance needs. Outside of the office, her family enjoys spending their free time exploring local eats and the natural beauty of Florida.

Daisy rejoined our team in 2022. She is fluent in Spanish, and is committed to providing remarkable customer service. As our Billing Representative, she works diligently to help our customers understand their insurance billing. Daisy lights up the room with her smile and positive attitude. Fun fact: If she could go anywhere in the world on vacation, she would go to Paris, France or Milan, Italy because these two locations are commonly referred to as the fashion capital of the world. She is fluent in Spanish and strives to understand and meet the specific needs of every customer she has the pleasure to work with. On her free time, Nishka enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and going for long drives.
